Mohammed founded Eyecare at Home with a simple but important mission: to make high-quality eye care accessible to everyone, including those who cannot easily leave their homes.
As an independent, GOC-registered optometrist, Mohammed provides the full range of NHS domiciliary eye care services — from comprehensive sight tests to eyewear dispensing and ongoing aftercare — all in the comfort and familiarity of your own home.
Mohammed is proud to offer consultations in English, Urdu, Punjabi, and Hindi, ensuring that language is never a barrier to receiving the care you need.
With over 10 years of experience working alongside NHS Falls Prevention Teams and Mental Health Teams across the West Midlands and Warwickshire, Mohammed brings a deep understanding of the complex needs of vulnerable and at-risk patients — and the importance of joined-up, compassionate care.
